PETE WoodChipper

PETE woodchippers produce chips quickly and with ease. All PETE chippers feature a massive cutting flange that simultaneously acts as a flywheel to phase out peak loads. Chip size is adjustable. The feed funnel directs the material into intake chute in an ideal position for cutting.

Wide product range with ten models available handling material from 4" to 18" for private use, contractors or municipal operations. PETE's are equipped with manual or hydraulic feed systems, 3-point hitch mounting or self-contained diesel power source.

Here is a close up of an opened blade chamber of PETE HJ 6.5. That model employs 4 chipping blades as well as 4 fan blades. Adjustment of chip size is accomplished through altering the blade position. If the roughest possible cut pattern is required, two of the cutting blades have to be removed.
